Live group location tracking

After trip monitoring is published, pilgrims who scan the trip QR join the trip. Agents and tour leaders monitor the map; pilgrims stay connected.

How it works

1 Step 1

Create a group & link the departure

Connect the group to a departure. Prepare the pilgrim list and per-name trip QR codes.

Publish trip monitoring

Safar Nova’s pilgrim tracking helps tour leaders and agencies monitor groups in real time — without replacing finance or CRM systems.

Questions about this feature

Why did a pilgrim scan but not join the group?

Group features must be published first. Scanning before publish only claims trip data; after publish, prior claims can be synced into membership.

Do all plans include live tracking?

Live tracking starts at Starter. Lite focuses on the pilgrim app and readiness portal; tracking can be added via add-on.

Must pilgrims always be online?

Live monitoring and chat need connectivity. Hotel guidance and compass still help when signal is weak.
